Delivery and returns

UK delivery only. Plain terms, no small print games.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland where the item permits.
Standard delivery [X] working days, [£X]. Free over [£X].
Orders placed before [time] on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Courier: [courier]. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves us.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Return the goods within 14 days of cancelling. We refund within 14 days of receiving them.
You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Sealed food, water-treatment and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened, for safety reasons.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Some items in a survival range are age-restricted in the UK. We do not sell them to anyone under 18, and we may ask for identification on delivery.

Bladed articles — sold only to over-18s. Certain types are prohibited outright and we do not stock them.
Crossbows — over-18s only.
Firearms and ammunition — not sold.
CS or pepper spray — illegal in the UK and not sold.

Lithium batteries — restricted by courier. Some items ship by a specialist service, and some cannot be sent at all.
Gas canisters and aerosols — restricted. Where we cannot post them, the product page says so before checkout.
Flammable liquids — restricted, same rules.
